These terms and conditions apply to the s01 platform (s01.bio) and all associated services. By using s01 — whether through our website, mobile app, or any other channel — you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

• Large withdrawals (৳50,000+) are processed after KYC verification.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

• Permanent Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent closure of your account at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on s01. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

7.1 Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, s01 reserves the right to cancel the bet and refund the original amount.
• Official results are final for all Sports Betting outcomes.

7.2 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum winnings per single bet are set individually for each game. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out.

S01 may temporarily or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Upon suspicion or evidence of a terms violation
• Failure to Pass KYC Verification or Submission of False Information
• If a suspicious transaction is detected in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations
• By Order of a Court or Regulatory Authority
• At the member's own request

If an account is closed, the process to return any compliant balance will be initiated. However, if the closure is due to a violation, the matter will be determined following an investigation.
